Authentication is based on professional judgment and the information available at the time. It is not a manufacturer-issued warranty, and the absence of original packaging or documents does not by itself determine authenticity.

Our commitment

We do not knowingly offer counterfeit goods. If a purchased item is reasonably established to be inauthentic, contact us with the order details and supporting information. After review, an approved claim will receive the remedy described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
