We ship authenticated luxury items to countries and regions available at checkout. Delivery availability, cost and estimated timing depend on the destination, product value, carrier service, customs requirements and insurance limits.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and any required verification. High-value orders may require identity, address or payment confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or provided after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays, weather, remote-area service, security reviews and carrier events may cause delays.
Secure delivery
Orders may include tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. High-value parcels cannot always be delivered to PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight-forwarding addresses or unattended locations. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number.
Duties and taxes
Taxes, duties or import charges are shown at checkout when collected in advance. When they are not collected by us, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers or local tax agencies.
Address changes, loss or damage
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Inspect the parcel promptly and contact us within 48 hours if it appears damaged, incomplete or tampered with, or if tracking shows delivery but the parcel was not received. We may request photographs, packaging and supporting documents for a carrier investigation.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
