Eligible return requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery, unless mandatory law in the customer's location provides a longer period.

Return eligibility

To qualify, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition received, with all security tags, authenticity labels, accessories, dust bags, boxes, cards and documentation intact. A return authorization is required before sending anything back.

Items not normally returnable

  • Items marked final sale where legally permitted.
  • Personalized, engraved, resized, altered or repaired items.
  • Items with removed security tags or signs of wear after delivery.
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods after the protective seal has been opened.
  • Returns requested after the applicable period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Incorrect, damaged or authenticity-related claims

If an item is materially different from its listing, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is reasonably found not to be authentic, contact us promptly with photographs and order details. Approved claims may receive a prepaid return method and a full refund, including eligible original delivery charges.

Return shipping and inspection

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties and related charges unless local law requires otherwise. Returned items are inspected before approval.

Refund timing

Once accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. PayPal, banks and card providers may require additional processing time. Original delivery, duties and import charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return unless required by law.

Exchanges and cancellations

Because many pieces are unique, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law prevail over any conflicting term.
