By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our policies and any mandatory laws that apply to you. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this Shopify store.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. You are responsible for accurate account, billing and delivery information and for keeping login credentials secure.

Luxury product information

Many products are pre-owned, vintage, limited or unique. Normal signs of age or prior use may be present. We aim to describe material condition, measurements, inclusions and known defects accurately. Colors and scale may vary by screen. Brand names and trademarks identify the products only; unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brand owner.

Authenticity

Items are reviewed under our authentication process before sale or dispatch. Authentication is an expert opinion based on information and methods available at the time, not a manufacturer warranty. If an item is reasonably established to be inauthentic, the remedies in our Returns & Refunds policy apply.

Pricing, currency, tax and orders

Prices may be displayed in a currency selected for the customer's market. The final currency, taxes, duties, delivery charge and total are confirmed at checkout. We may correct clear pricing or content errors before acceptance. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we send confirmation or dispatch the item. We may cancel or request additional verification for suspected fraud, stock errors, restricted destinations or payment failure.

Payments

Only payment methods presented at checkout are accepted. PayPal and other payment services are provided by third parties and may apply their own terms. Do not send card details, PayPal credentials or transfer funds through unofficial messages or social accounts.

Shipping, returns and risk

Shipping and returns are governed by the corresponding policies. Risk and ownership transfer according to applicable law, the selected delivery method and receipt of full cleared payment.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce content at scale, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

Store text, layout, graphics and original media belong to us or our licensors. Third-party brand marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, carrier or network events outside reasonable control, or misuse of an item after delivery. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or remedies available in the customer's country. Where permitted, disputes should first be submitted to customer support for good-faith resolution.
